The Bode City Council met in regular session Monday April 6, 2026 @ 5:30PM. Council members Tepner, Fulwider, Hasfjord, and McKenna were present; absent McCart.

This being the time and place for the Public Hearing for the Proposed Property Tax Levy for the 2026/27 City Budget. Mayor Miller opened the public hearing at 5:30PM. Mayor Miller called for any oral or written objections disputing this Max Tax Levy. There were none. Following review, a motion was made by Tepner, second by Miller to approve the Property Tax Levy for the 2025/27 City Budget. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Fulwider, second by Tepner to close the public hearing at 5:45PM. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Tepner, second by Hasfjord to adjourn at 5:45PM. All ayes, motion carried.
