The Bode City Council met in special session November 20, 2023 at noon in the council chambers. Council members Hasfjord, Miller, Tepner, and Rongved were present. Absent Fulwider. Also, present Tom Madden our engineer from SEH. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order, a motion was made by Miller, second by Rongved to approve the agenda as posted. All ayes, motion carried.

Tom Madden, addressed the council on the process of the wastewater project permitting process. He informed the council that the project manual was complete, this manual includes all state requirements, CDBG requirements, along with technical requirements that meet DNR guidelines. The construction plans including sanitary sewer line rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, and lagoon sludge depth were available for review. Following discussion, a motion was made by Tepner, second by Hasfjord to approve the project plans along with the specifications that will be submitted to the DNR. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Rongved, second by Miller to adjourn at 12:30PM.
