The Bode City Council met in special session January 24, 2022 at 5:30PM in the council chambers. Council members Hasfjord, Miller, Tepner, and Rongved were present; absent Fulwider. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order. A motion was made by Rongved, second by Tepner to approve the agenda as posted. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Miller, second by Tepner to approve the Proposed Property Tax Max Levy for fiscal year July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023 and set public hearing as Monday February 14th @ 5:30PM in the council chambers. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Tepner, second by Rongved to move the regular February council meeting to February 14^th @ 5:30PM. All ayes, motion carried.

City Clerk informed the council that the “City of Bode” garbage bags are not available to order at this time, the company “WasteZero” offered a few options for the council. Following review, a motion was made by Miller, second by Tepner to order 100 cases of excess inventory they have at a reduced price of 59.75/case. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Tepner, second by Miller to adjourn @ 6PM.
